Cancellation Policy
We’re excited to train with you at Prestige Martial Arts! To help sessions run smoothly for everyone, please review our simple booking guidelines: • Book in Advance – All sessions must be scheduled ahead of time through our booking system or by contacting us. • Arrive a Little Early – Please arrive about 5–10 minutes before your session so we can start on time. • Need to Cancel or Reschedule? – No problem! Just give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the spot to another student. • Late Arrivals – If you arrive late, we’ll still train together, but the session will end at the originally scheduled time. • Missed Sessions – If a session is missed without notice, it may be counted as used. Thank you for helping us create a positive and respectful training environment for everyone!
