Refund Policy

At Prestige Martial Arts, we aim to provide a positive and professional training experience for all students.

Payments for classes, memberships, and training packages are generally non-refundable once training has started. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.

Missed sessions or classes may not be eligible for a refund. In certain circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.

If you experience any issues with a service you have purchased, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
